Who is it for?

Operators are free to participate in any number of weekly cashback cycles, whether for a single week or multiple weeks. The cashback promotion is completely free to join for operators within the QT network.

How does it work?

Players receive real cash cashback based on their weekly net losses (GGR loss) on the selected games.

Definition: Net Loss = Total Real Money Bets – Total Real Money Wins*

*Only losses generated on qualifying games count toward the cashback.

Example: The player plays only the qualifying games for the week.

Total Real Money Bets: $120

Total Real Money Wins: $85

Net Loss Calculation Net Loss = Total Real Money Bets – Total Real Money Wins Net Loss = 120 – 85 = 35

The player’s net loss is $35. If the cashback percentage for the week is 10%, then: Cashback = 10% of 35 = $3.50

What are the requirements?

Pay qualifying players based on QTech’s weekly results.

Complete player payments within 48 hours after each weekly promotional period ends.

Display the campaign banner and information (provided by QTech) before the campaign begins.

Show the weekly cashback banner during the promotion.

Highlight the selected games each week, where possible, in a dedicated lobby section.

Ensure appropriate marketing visibility.

Promote the campaign via CRM communications or social media, where possible.
